We're powered by Yotari - a company based in Hull, East Yorkshire, solely owned by Tim James who is also well known as the Director of PAT Testing Expert Ltd.
Shipping
All orders over £100 in value are eligble for Free shipping. We ship large orders (including all PAT Testers) with a courier, and we use Royal Mail for small packages. All of the courier services require a signature on delivery.
We aim to despatch all orders on the day they are recieved, although this is not guaranteed. All of our items on the site have a 'stock status' - if the items shows 'In Stock for Next Day Delivery' then you can expect to receive it on the next working day if the order is received before 11AM.
If the items shows 'Usually Ships in 3-5 days' this means we are awaiting new stock from the manufacturer and will despatch it as soon as it arrives. Our system will automatically send you an email when the item is shipped, and it should be delivered on the next working day. If we anticipate a delay, then we will contact you by phone or email, and you can always call us during office hours on 01482 827600 for an update on your order. If you need the order to arrive on a particular day then please talk to us! We will always do our best to help.
Currently we ship to the UK only, although we cover the whole of the UK including Northern Ireland and the Highlands and Islands of Scotland. We may charge more for delivering to these outlying areas, although the charges will not exceed the surcharge levied to us by our couriers.
When you place an order, the site will calculate the carriage cost depending on the weight of the total package.
All parcels sent will require a signature on delivery. If the courier is unable to deliver (because you are out) the parcel may be returned to the depot, and a card will be left. You should contact the courier directly to arrange redelivery, or collect from their depot.
We can often organise timed deliveries during the day (eg before 10am or before 1pm) as well as Saturday deliveries to most areas. If you require this service, please phone us for advice and costs.
