This adaptor is for testing 3 phase / 415 volt appliances which are fitted with 4 pin connectors.

13A BS1363 mains plug to 16A 4 pin socket.

Can be used to carry out Earth Bond and Insulation Tests.

Suitable for any PAT Tester.

Note this adaptor is for PAT Testing ONLY. Do not try to use this adaptor to power-up a 3-phase appliance from a 13A socket - it is wired in such a way that this will not work. Similarly, do not attempt to carry out load or leakage tests with your PAT Tester (substitute leakage is OK)
